For many years, humans have chosen to build their houses around us. Though their roofs are low, and unwelcoming, we have tolerated their presence.

We allowed humans to walk freely through our home, never bopping them with our horns or stepping on them with our hoofs, and yet the humans covered their ceilings with horrible, neck damaging, dangerous fans.

We deserve mutual respect, and demand our safety!

We will bow down in their presence no longer!

We will not be afraid to walk into human’s homes with our heads held high, as soon the fans will be ripped from the roof and crushed under our hooves!

Rise up and unite my fellow giraffes, protect thy neck, and ban the blades!

A Very Inexpensive Way To Travel

A lot of people ask me, how I can afford to travel all the time. The truth is I am not amazingly wealthy, I just don’t spend very much, and save constantly for my next vacation. When I do travel I usually take buses, trains or local boats, and try to avoid expensive transport such as airplanes and cruise ships as much as I can.

Traveling is actually very inexpensive, as long as you can walk, you can travel.

I found out recently though I may have been doing it all wrong, Cathy Barnette from the Today Now show has some travel advice that really would have saved me a lot of money in my life.

I wish I had thought of this.

The People In Society That Look So Normal, Are Often The Real Freaks.

People seem to have a tendency these days, to be dazzled by the sleek cars, nice houses, sharp clothing, and fancy jewelry the wealthy amongst us might own. Most people who also want these things, may decide to replicate the wealthy people’s actions, in the hope it brings them the same riches.

Have you ever had a notice though that most of the really strange news stories are about people that actually have wealth? Oh sure there are lot of videos of long haired idiots getting injured after saying things like “Hey, watch this!”, but the really demented stuff always seems to come from the types of people that seem to have it all financially together, and look to be “normal”.

I would like to bring your attention to this video below, where you can see that the normal looking, tea drinking granny is not so normal after all, and the youth that look like a bunch of trouble makers are actually the victims of her twisted imagination.

Acknowledging True Greatness – Humble Pie

I believe that most everyone has something going for them, we may have our weaknesses, but also our strengths. Stephen Hawking would be a good example of this, though he can not beat most of us in a foot race, it is also doubtful we could outperform his mind.

One of my strengths over others would be my ability to use computers. I first started working with computers in the late 1970s, and about a decade or so ago, I finished a computer science and programming diploma at college with a high four GPA. Essentially you could say I have mastered the machine. However that does not make me anything historically great, its not like I’m the guy that actually imagined such a thing into existence, someone actually did that you know, all I did was consume the knowledge that was written down by others, to learn to use a machine created by people that are not me. If I ever got famous for any of my computer work, as they say, I would just be “Standing on the Shoulders of Giants”

Shoulders Of Giants

Each of us is pretty special, and loving yourself is important, so long as you don’t love yourself so much you can’t see how awesome the other people around you are, truly world changing people actually walk amongst us occasionally. Even though you might feel your work is pretty important, and your boss is willing to pay you for it, is your work really as important as someone who’s work saves thousands, or even millions of lives?

Don’t worry too much, because the harsh reality is, mediocre is the majority, if you want to change the world for the better, you can do that very effectively just by interacting in a positive way with the people you meet. Positive social interactions can be the highlights of most of our lives.

There is also a small portion of the population that are better than any of us, superior to you and me, and would usually consider themselves somewhat remarkable. Though they do nothing to help our society in any great way, and receive none of our admiration, they are just better, because they say so. Some might say, they are legends in their own minds.

I found this video below recently on YouTube, and thought I would share it to you, the video portrays a character with a super powered ego.

My hat comes off to the actual creator of this video, for being exceptionally funny, and making me laugh. I would like to make a cool video also, but realize I probably do not have enough talent to do so.
